I had the same problem some years ago and when I threthened to report to the FTC, they stoped Dubia Internet
My company received a fax on 8/21/2015 claiming we owed $1,138.00 from an invoice dated 6/14/2011. I had this happen to my company some years ago and after numerous times i never could get the purchase order aor any evidence we orderd this service. We don't advertise in the yellow pages or any where else.
I called the telephone number ahd they were rude. I told them I was going to report them to the FTC. I see other compliaints on your website about this company
