I placed an order for music with them on 9/22/04 which was confirmed as being shipped on 9/28.

The order has never arrived and I have e-mailed them on two ocassions and received responses that they would contact me regarding the problem within 3 days. They have never responded.

They charged my VISA account even though I have no confirmation of shipping and they did not provide a UPS tracking number as promised.

Their local phone number (Phoenix area code) has only a recording. I left a message and received no response.

I have cancelled payment
