Open English Latin America Took $262.50 for a English Language Course told me someone would contact the Student they took 5 days the Student tried to enroll they do not answer telephone calls or emails to give the information . Miami FL
They took $262.50 from me and said an Agent would conract the Student. They did not contact the Student for t days despite many attempts to contact them. We cancelled and they only returned $79.00 saying I was not entiteled to the full refund because I did not cancel within 7 days.
The Student never took a single class. I eventually contacted tbeir Miami Global HQ hardly anyone even spoke English it cost me another $22 in International phone calls
