Complaint Review: Open Sky

I placed an order with Open Sky for an electrionic anti-lost tag. Placed the order on the 7th. The tracking shows the order left Texas on the 10th. Turns out Open Sky is located in New York. They are some sort of 3rd party company , they are not even the actual merchant. When I contacted Open Sky I found this out. The rep gave me a phone number to the merchant. I called the number and it just hangs up on me. Rep at Open Sky's answer was there is nothing they can do. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother. Now she is out a gift and I am out $30. I have contested the charge with my bank. I dont know if I will ever get my money back....they have ruined my Christmas and Christmas for my mother.
