In May 2005, I placed an order with openboxusa.com I ordered 40 juicy pet carriers & 10 Chloe handbags for a total of $6,680.00 I sent a bank wire to the beneficiaries Ann Pham and Lisa Mah-Sayo. Sales person: Ryan Moore.I was told the pet carriers would be shipped right away and would have them within a couple of weeks, the handbags would be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks.

3 weeks went by and I hadn't received anything.I emailed Ann to inquire, I was told that the pet carriers they received were damaged and that I would recieve small shipments of 10 each. June 15th, I received first shipment of 10 juicy pet carriers. I emailed Ann again because I had concerns about the authenticity of the merchandise she was selling. She told me that the merchandise was not fake BUT there was NO guarantee. I started getting information from others that the seven jeans she had previously sold me were fake. I emailed again saying if she couldn't provide proof that merchandise was authentic, I did not want it.

I was then told that they couldn't give refunds--even though I haven't received the handbags in question. June 17th, I received second shipment of 10 juicy pet carriers. I emailed again telling Ann if the handbags were fake I did not want them. At this point it has been over a month and I had only received 20 pet carriers. I Emailed Ann and told her that the rest of the merchandise was not delivered in the time frame stated and I wanted a refund for undelivered merchandise. Again I was told they do not give refunds. Ann then emailed saying all my merchandise had been shipped but could not provide proof--she only had tracking mumbers for the 2 shipments of pet carriers--10 in each.

I continued to get the run-around, I made attempts to call to speak with them and got an answer service that is no longer associated with openboxusa--go figure. 10 weeks passed and the only thing i have received was 20 pet carriers total. I emailed again and waited several days for a response. I informed Ann that i filed a report with the National Fraud Center-- ifcc internet fraud center. She emailed a threatening email back saying she would contact my customers saying i was selling fake merchandise--which is funny because the only merchandise that has been in question I bought from her.

After a period of ignored emails, on July 21st ( over 3 months later) and after requesting numerous times that I did not want fake merchandise, I receive a partial shipment of Chloe handbags. I emailed openbox-- Ann again saying that i don't want the merchandise #1 because She cannot verify authenticity and #2 because it has now been 3 months since i paid for the merchandise and have not even received half of my order yet--I was initially told I would have all the merchandise within 3 to 4 weeks.

I informed Ann @ openboxusa that if i didn't get a refund within a couple of days that I would hand over merchandise to the law enforcement for investigation and to verify authenticity. She never replied. Thanks to the help of an online seller i was able to verify that the handbags are fakes. I am submitting an update to the ifcc that it has been confirmed that the merchandise is fake.

This supplier is well aware that the merchandise is fake, as I have found SEVERAL customers with the same problems dealing with openboxusa. They take your money--send fake merchandise--and send only partial orders, ignore emails and phone calls and refuse to refund money and give multiple excuses for delay in shipping as a stall tactic.

Openboxusa owes me $6,680.00 for merchandise not received and for un-sellable fake merchandise. This amount increases as expenses are incurred.

Anyone who has had similiar fraudulant issues with openboxusa I suggest you submit all evidence to law enforcement immediately. Incude any suspicious fake merchandise, shipping boxes , any emails and phone records and proof of payment. File a report with the ifcc (internet fraud center) and contact the BBB of Michigan: Address BBB of Detroit Michigan & Eastern Michigan 30555 Southfield Rd, Ste.200

This is Ann and I am responding on behalf of the accusations of myself and my company. Michelle, we have made several attempts to resolve this issue with you. We have communications problems as you are not able to be reached until after 6 PM. This is difficult for any individual or company to conduct any form of business in this way. Michele, if you work or or there is a number that I can contact you. Surely during break or a day off? If you have the time to file reports and file charges against us, don't we atleast deserve the time to be able to speak with you and defend ourselves and resolve any outstanding issues to both of our satisfaction. We do not sell fake or fraudulent merchandise. We hope that we can be able to be contacted so that we can appropriately remedy any outstanding unsatisfactions. Thank You.
