Complaint Review: Opendrive.com PayPay.com Oskar Duris

Opendrive.com is being run by this con man:

Oskar Duris owns and operates OpenDrive.com and he's not providing me a refund after he deleted all my files. The whole point of the website is to store my files.   After more research I have found that he has scammed others while running PayPay.com  NOT paypal, paypay.
