After puchasing 4 of their CD's, nothing will install. I have tried 5 diferent computers. What makes me the most upset is after emailing them several times, to the owner, support, sales, etc, I get a email looking for more money for an upgrade from an automated email. No response from a person...over $100 in coasters!
