Complaint Review: Opensky Credit Card

 Consumer Beware! Open sky credit card doesn't investigate identity fraud. They consumer fill affidavit that are meaningless. I was notified by their fraud department in September about unusual account activities via a letter in the mail. The card was shutdown immediately upon receipt of the letter. I sent the affidavit 4 time just be sent a letter that states."We are unable to assist you, you may contact the vendor directly." This case involves a PayPal account that I never opened and a vendor I never had any dealing with and I had notified paypal they shut the account down because the credit card did not match the name of their user.

Now here the kicker of all this I had notified the company to return my funds. Instead of the funds being returned a late charge was placed the account. That ended up being credit back. I have asked for my security deposit and the 270.89 from the charges to be back to me. A get a excuse everything I call. From card services is a third party vendor and nothing to do with the refunds or fraud cases. We just give to opensky. I want my moneyback. Don't use this company because it is a fraud just taking your money.
