I bought the Operation Millionaire business manual for $9.95 shipping/handling payment on order, with 5 monthly payments of $59.95. There was a 6 month, 100% money back guarantee expressed on the phone recording

I did what I was supposed to do to receive a refund- got an RMA number and put on box.

The package was returned and received by them within 30 days, but they still ran the first charge on my debit card 27 days after purchase. I contacted them and they said the 30 days is just an estimate, it can be several days early. Couldn't believe a company would do that.

I requested a refund of my $59.95. I was told I would get one. I was never told anywhere, on the recording or when I ordered, that there was a 20% re-stocking fee.. I received a partial refund of $48.95.

When I got my partial refund, I called back regarding this, They said it was mentioned on the website about the restocking fee- which it is not. I said I didn't order off the website- in fact you can't order there. No where was I told that.

So, they feel the liberty, some how, to run charges 3 days earlier than agreed and charge a re-stocking fee that they didn't tell you about. Not the 100% money back guarantee that you were promised.

One other thing, when customer service calls you back, the caller id says 'anonymous'. Seems suspicious to me. Makes me wonder what they are hiding.
