I have been dealing with my mother calling late night infomercials and credit card scammer for a few years now and though it was under control.  I just found these charges and it is all too familiar to see. The first charge of $9.95 is how they get you number. It doesn't seem like very much money, so you "bite".  A couple of months go by and the next charge is $299.95, which from reading another person's story, is 6 months of charges clumped together.  The next month they charges my mom, $99.95. This is a scam. I have seen it before and we need to set some laws in place with late night advertising scammers! The elderly are prey to them.
