This is 'LIVED IN AZ" also, a VICTIM of HIT WEB DESIGN AND/OR HERITAGE WEB TECHNOLOGIES.  Please read other posts placed by me.   After asking for my money back AND because of all of what other people have experienced with them have been..  Not unreadable right?!  The customer has no recourse they STICK IT TO YOU. 

 

 I am currently being told by Hit's operation manager that "they are in essence upset with me and are telling me that Unless I take back all the following (POSTS) out of the complaint forums... I will NOT see my site/files etc., AND furthermore that they are monitoring what I say on these posts.  And because of what I have posted ... I will not get the website I paid $1000 for.  The name (DOMAIN NAME) I came up with and  I am known by in my business.  And will not get my files, graphics, etc.  This is their proposal to me: 

 

 IT IS NOT RIGHT, IT IS NOT FAIR THAT THEY HOLD YOU HOSTAGE WITH SCARE TACTICS such as THEY WILL CHARGE ME EXTRA IF I DO A CHARGE BACK/and for every charge back I file.  OR I'LL END UP PAYING LEGAL FEES.  ETC,

 

HITS PROPOSAL:

 

*** to retract all of my "negative posts" against their company/employees/officers/etc., etc.  AND POST AN "APOLOGY"???? SAYING "AMICABLY RESOLVED"

 

***WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MONEY WHAT SO EVER!

 

***will sign a contract ending our business AND THAT they will hand over all my files, graphics, and release my domain name.  BUT when I  answered their (Matt Nelson QCA)  email that I will also, put my conditions too... "THAT I WANT in the contract A WORKING SITE" AND ONE that is released to me... in it's entirety ..not "owned by HIT WEB DESIGN.  I am told that they will NOT make any promises or guarantees.  And will NOT include that in the NOT even "that they will NOT MAKE any PROMISES if in fact that "it may not work" that the site may be INOPERABLE.  They also, mention "we don't know if the hosting/servicing company you go with will be "ethical" or legit and may not be able to work with their site.  UNBELIEVABLE!!

 

***That I will NOT discredit  against them to any affiliations such as the BBB, attorney general, lawyers, media, etc.
***That I will IN other words, BE OUT OF MY MONEY ENTIRELY, NOT HAVE A WORKING SITE, AND THREATS THAT IF I defend my point on any level THAT i will also, see other charges and lawyers fees. 

 

I don't know about you all out there.  But, I am beginning to read and see that most of you out there are INDEED afraid of this company.  ENOUGH that you have settled for their scare tactics and their unethical practices.   THAT HIT HAS CORNERED YOU and talked you into signing this "sleezy" agreement and one sided. 

 

And if that was not enough, at the end after all this AGRAVATION, FINANCIAL SACRIFICE, LOST MONEY IN THE INTERIM OF THESE HUGE GAPPING HICCUPS AND FAILURES TO DELIVER A DONE AND COMPLETED PROJECT.   You TUCK YOUR TAIL between your legs and WALK AWAY....  C'MON PEOPLE  WAKE UP IT'S THE PRINCIPLE.......PRINCIPLE....... IT'S YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.....  WHERE'S THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS?????WHERE?????    HIT, if you're reading this.... COUGH UP OUR MONEY... and BE ETHICAL AND DO WHAT'S RIGHT.....  

 

 I am not signing YOUR CONTRACT TO ALLOW YOU TO SCREW ME PRIVATELY IN MY OWN HOME/OR OFFICE.!!!    I AM NOT GOING TO GO AWAY.  I will make sure your COMPANY IS HELD ACCOUTABLE....or at least be a part of the work in progress TO HAULT your business practices.  ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF THINGS GUYS..  I could have sworn I FELT THAT I WAS BEING SCREWED BY THE WELL KNOWN "NIGERIANS" BUT, IM BEING SCRWED BY OUR OWN PEOPLE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA...... I WILL TAKE IT ALL THE WAY BECAUSE I AM ANGRY and APPAULED BY YOUR ACTIONS OF UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND YOUR FAILURE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH YOUR CUSTOMER!!

I plan on drawing the Hit crew in an arena they never saw coming. Post an appology? Thug I know. I am Hostage as well. These guys get around don't they.Well, don't back off ever. I hope to get them from BEHIND! If the AG & Dept.Consumer Protection aren't in their pocket, then maybe FROM BEHIND it will be. I am in awe at the blatent disrespect for intellectual freedom via internet media. Not only do they know what they are going to do before they do it, they plan everything down to the month. Really, if I where in control, I would come down on Corporate with a cease and desist order at the same time all assets are frozen. Preferrably, Monday Morning.Documentation is being kept on my brandnew pc and they are the only encounter I have ever had. I hope they walk away knowing they have punked the wrong girl.Chalkboardbandit.

PLease read the reports from me way back in time from palm bay florida, i went after them on the internet and hounded them over and over and the caved in and gave me my money back, they even had me work with them to get complaints satisfied. my health ended up getting to bad to continue. But i did get their goat, they used every scare tactic in the book to get me to stop, even to the point of having their attorney ( real sleeze ball ) start sending me nasty threatening letters, I laUGHED AND CONTINUED. THEN REALY GOT THEM AND PRETENDED THAT THEIR THREATS KILLED ME AND MY WIFE TOOK OVER THE BLOGS ECT. AFTER A WHILE I POPPED UP AND BLEW THEIR MINDS.   YOU CAN GET TO THEM IF YOU KEEP UP THE BLOGS AND REPORTS.

UNBELIEVABLE...!!!  IT'S INCREDIBLE YOUR RESPONSE... IS THIS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPONDING?  FROM YOUR TEXT, IT SURE SEEMS LIKELY.

Your company doesn't employ F A I R tactics, much less care about good business ethics and business referrals and obviously.  Fill in the what ever i'm missing ...... your lack of imprudence and tact is obvious too.

want something for nothing??? you kidding me!!!!!! your COMPANY JUST RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!!  I'm out over 1100 dollars my DOMAIN NAME THAT BELONGS TO ME AND MY BUSINESS AND MY GRAPHICS AND MY FILES... PLUS YOU TELL ME THAT YOUR GOING TO SELL MY BUSINESS NAME.... BECAUSE IT'S WORTH MONEY...???  WHO'S RIPPING WHO OFF... WHO TOOK MY MONEY AND DELIVERED NOTHING?????  I LOST much WITH YOUR SHADY COMPANY in therms of MONEY LOST AND time wasted.

**YOUR LACK OF GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES HAS CAUSED MY BUSINESS TO SUFFER AND COME TO A COMPLETE HAULT FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS.  TYING my MONEY THAT YOU RIPPED ME OFF WITH YOUR WEB OF LIES AND PROLONGED LAME EXCUSES FOR THIS FOR THAT AND YOUR PHONEY CEO AND QCA DEPARTMENT THAT BLOCK EMAIL AND/OR DON'T EXIST.

As it is with any large company, there are complaints. There are customers who are unwilling to be fair. It seems these customers what something for nothing, and feel that the whole world is conspiring against them. At HIT we strive to be fiar to the customers and, more often than not, go above and beyond the call to please the customers.

I believe the efforts HIT forth to please the customers are significant and recognized by most who are willing with work with HIT.

I welcome any customer of HIT to contact me and work with me to a amicable conclusion.
