I received my September phone bill with an extra charge of $14.12 with tax. I contacted my phone company and they told me to call the 800 number on my bill that was Operator Assist Network. This I did and was told that I had ordered Voicemail via the internet.

The person on the phone even told me my last four numbers was 1747, which it is not! Where in the world did they get such a number? I called the Attorney General's office in North Carolina and they sent me a form to fill out, but I don't have the address of USA Voicemail.

The Attorney General's office said they would send USA Voicemail a letter, but without their address, that won't be possible.

I don't know how these people are getting away with this. I have received my October Sprint bill and a past due charge of $14.12 is on it. Sprint will not remove the charge until they hear from OAN.

I'm with Rita from Philadelphia about starting a class action law suit against this company. I have spent more time on the phone trying to get this charge removed from my phone bill and it is stressful trying to get these charges dropped!
