Opex Communications Long Distance Service RIPOFF Had an agreement at one price & at some point they changed it to a higher rate, I cancelled & paid what I agreed to and owed. Council Bluffs Iowa
I paid my account iun full when I canceled them after they raised the per min fee w/o my ok. the diff was $34. They have kept it up to date on my credit record reported it again 02/07 havent had serv since 01.
