Complaint Review: Opinion Outpost

on March 10th 2010, I completed survey 36083003 for 30 points, $3.00 in there point system, I spent approx. 30 minutes successfully completing this survey.  At the end of this survey they had me download a program from Nielsen Online software.  Most of the time the points are given credit immediately after successfully completing a survey, but this one stayed showing up as started.  So after about 2 weeks I sent them a email on it, I was told from them that the program had to run 35 days on my computer.  Then in approx. 4 weeks after the 35 days I would be given credit.  So I waited and waited and have yet been given credit for it.  I sent them 2 more emails in the past few days on it, fully xplaining everything to them and also pointing out that it has been past the time that I was promised I be given credit for.  They have claimed that they haven't receive anything indicating that I downloaded the program.   I decided to DELETE this program off my computer because after this response from them it has became apparent to me that this was nothing more than a scam, to waste my VALUABLE time, in a promise to pay me $3.00 and ultimately have no intentions on doing so!

I am completely surprised by this, because up until now I have had no problems with them.  I am surprised that Opinion Outpost would pull a scam like this!  I only want the $3.00 which is right fully mine, that is ALL I ask to be HONEST and PAY UP!
