Complaint Review: Opportunities Unlimited Publications

My father is 82 years old with Alzheimers and has been getting these letters sometimes two and three a day for about 3 months from Opportunities Unlimited Publications. The other day he received four of them.
He encloses his usual $9 or $12 check and off he sends it in hopes of winning money. I have pleaded with him not to send these people any money because it is a scam and he will not believe me. His stock answer is what are you going to do when I receive a big fat check. I keep telling him big fat chance.

I have printed off several other rip off reports for him to read maybe that will help him to understand. But, I rather doubt it. If it is a sweepstakes and he might win some money he will send what ever it takes.
His life savings is gone and his checkbook is now in the toilet from all of these scam artists preying on senior citizens.

Isn't here anything that can be done about this?
I have decided to get a post office box and stop all of this foolishness before it is way too late.
