Complaint Review: Opportunities Unlimited

I am a resident of the Republic of Ireland.
I have been receiving mail from Opportunities Unlimited for about a year. They promised me winnings throughout. To Give creedence to their story they enclosed a list of current winners.

I am still receiving mail from these bastards. On one occasion, I was receiving up to 100 letters a week. this dimished, when I complained. I am sadly at the loss of 6000 euros at present.

I have writeen to Monica Telbus(Customer services)a week ago and am still waiting. They talk about a risk free guarantee in writing. Is this trustworthy?
