OPR Developer Steal from security desposit Syracuse New York
Avoid renting with this housing company. Chrissy scams students. They claimed to not have received my keys upon moving out and took out $130 out of my security deposit to "replace the locks", which haven't been replaced. A flat outright lie.
They also charge cleaning fees of $100+ upon moving in and the rooms were disgusting-- dead bugs were everywhere As other students have mentioned, they BS to keep as much as they can from your security deposit. Don't rent with this place.
