Complaint Review: OpSec Cybersecurity LLC and TechAssist Cell Phone and Computer Repair

Don't be fooled by this company's 5 star reviews, the owner is a crook!

I took my iPhone there to have the home button fixed, and when I went to pick it up the owner (Deric Lostutter) told me he had "messed up" when he repaired it and as a result he had to replace the screen, and he was going to CHARGE ME with this repair, the repair that was necessary because of his admitted mistake.

This isnt the half of it, the phone he supposedly repaired for me was completely fried - it wouldnt even turn on. It was then he said I would have to pay an extra $200.00 to repair it!

I told him I gave him a phone that was working and that is what I expected back from him. He told me "NO" then began to threaten to call the police on me while screaming for me to leave his business and if didnt he would make sure I regretted it because (he said) he got my information off of my phone and would use it to "ruin me."

I left the store, contacted the BBB and will never step foot in that place again, and Im telling anyone who will listen to do the same.

Horrible business, even a more horrible owner!
