 An add came up during a game for free trail of opti loss Garcinia , there was a coupon for luninous mango cleanse, I did not tap that, took all of my info and about billed me for the cleanse, first problem, this was on 7/30/17. Was billed for both for trial amount 7/30/17. Received trial on 8/9/17. My bank fraud dept call me on 8/12/17. I. Called opti and luminous on 8/12/17. Told the to cancel the account and credit my account, they refused stating they would cancel my account but not back out the $ 89.00 plus or the $79.00 plus. Stating I would have to pay or they would send me to collections. I advised them that would not be a good idea, I called my bank to make sure my card was blocked and these amounts would not be paid. This has also left me with the inconvenience of not being able to acces funds or pay bills until my new card is issued, as this was my main account . I am notifying the attorney general here in Idaho of what has happened, I will deal with them again if they decide to send this to collections
