Optical Outlet Poor Workmanship not backed up! Largo Florida

I went into the Largo store since they were advertising a special with eye exam.  After the exam I selected a much more expensive set of glasses, one for the computer and one set of sunglasses.  I bought the Vera Wang frames for the prescription sunglasses which cost over $250.00 these glasses did not last even 2 years.  I recently went into the store to see if I could PURCHASE new glass without the prescription (I now wear contacts and don't need a prescription) and was told it would cost almost the same amount of the initial purchase $205.00??  Using my own exisitng frames will cost me $30 of that $205.  The film on the $250 glasses is bubbling up like tint on a car.  I have purchased cheap sunglasses that last years and years but when I buy expensive glasses they only last 2 yrs.  I spoke to 2 sales agents and they say the glasses aren't made to last more than 1 year............WHAT!!  Then I spoke to Anita the manager today 10/2/18 about this problem she was not willing to come to an acceptable solution.  Same thing $205.00.  I told her I saw online that there is a company that will do it for $55 and I was willing to pay for glass to be put in the frames I have for a reasonable amount not the same cost of the original glasses and the same cost is NOT reasonable.  Do not use OPTICAL OUTLETS for something as important as your eyes there are many other choices out there and run don't walk to them.  Customer Service sucks at Optical Outlets..................
