My husband was traveling and called home collect because his calling card wouldn't work. The call was for 12 min. and we were charged $45.96!
When I tried to contact the company I was told that ZEROPLUS DIALING INC. is only a clearing house, they gave me know info on OPTICOM.
I found the info in this forum only. After contacting them I still have to pay the bill at this CRAZY amount. My next stop is the B.B.B.
