Complaint Review: Opticom - one Call Com

One day, after collecting my mail. I pulled my telephone bill from it's envelope. And Whoa! did I freak out when this company had bumped my bill from the average forty-four dollars, to a whopping $168. I was obviously angry. I retraced my steps on the sites I log onto, and they are the same that my friends go to. So...I went online to locate information about the business. And I as I thought, it was a scam. These scam artists must be stopped.
