I sent my Ray Bans in for a cracked lense. They sent me a high quote and had an additional charge of lense adjusting or some such nonsense. I wanted more info to be able to make an informed decision and to make sure I was getting the polorized lenses (green). I tried to email three times and called 4 times only to be cut off after waiitng for a long period on hold. Do not trust them!!!!! I left my number numerious times no calls.
