Complaint Review: OpticsFast

OpticsFast I ordered frames from opticsfast. I was given a USPS tracking number. When checking this number I noted that it was labeled but never was sent. After emailing this company several times and calling several times and receiving emails which were har Does not deliver the items ordered . Rude. There is something very fishy about this business.  I ordered frames 7 weeks ago. According to my tracking number it was never mailed. I emailed them frequently, and called a few times. Becky was extremely rude. After 6 weeks I was told that I would have to wait 10 days to 2 weeks before they could make a claim. After 7 weeks I asked for my money back and I was told that they already returned my money to my credit card. I haven't used the card since I bought these frames. A couple of weeks later I had fraud charges on my credit card. There is something very wrong about this business . I look up their rating on the BBB which is a "F". I will check ripoff and bbb next time before I order from a business on the internet.
