Optima Communications Canada - Dun And BradstreetOptima Communications Canada - Dun And Bradstreet workplace harsassment, disclosure of employment file information to other employees, theft of work and spiritual harassment Toronto Ontario

This company is a combination of Nine to Five meets Harry Potter.

Not long after I was employed by this company I began to be harassed by management and other employees because my employment file information had been disclosed to certain parties without my consent.

I also went through further harassment because I would not lie to customers about the cost of Dun and Bradstreet reports that Optima was selling on behalf of Dun and Bradstreet to business owners/managers. It was routine for customers to be told lies about costs and contents of the product they are purchasing and also delivery dates.

Some customers were even recalled and told an elaborate story so that the company could cancel their previous order and sell a high priced product and make a higher profit.

Customers were billed for products that they had not ordered. For example their request for information would be treated as a sale and a bill being sent out.

The sales totals were inflated because of this fraudulent behaviour and quotas were constantly shifting. Thus subjecting individuals like me who would not lie to psychological abuse.

Supervisors when angry would routinely hover around my desk and interrupt my calls with customers.

I was also prevented from getting my messages in a timely manner and messages were given to other parties which prevented me from getting certain sales. Information was also not sent out to customers or not sent in a timely manner.

This is an environment rife with lies, envy strife etc.

Finally I was subjected to intense spiritual harassment. This is a company where anything and everything goes in the name of sales. I was victimized by intense witchcraft and attacks by various practitioners of the occult in attempts to hinder my work and pollute my work envirnoment. Also, I came down with various illness due to the aforementioned. It is a very common for managers and employees to practice witchcraft and the occult even on customers.

Benefits Discrimination used to pay benefits to all its employees

#14UPDATE EX-employee responds

Optima Communications used to pay benefits to all its employees. But greed won over. Majority owner. That sort of thing. It is very sad in this day and age that people will excuse this type of behaviour.

Bad employer. Abusive employer. Selfish and greedy above all.

Same thing they sow that is what they will reap.

Dun and Bradstreet is very greedy also.

I'm sorry to say that is the practice at most workplaces. The only way that anyone gets benefits anywhere is if you are employed full time. When a company hires someone, (and this goes for most companies that pay at minimum wage or slightly higher)they will only give you 39 or 38 hours, just under full time hours. Then they get the hour coverage, but don't have to give the employees any benefits.
Companies will of course deny any of these acts, or charges, but anyone with common sense knows this fact.
So this company is not the only one, (if they even really do this practice, I have never heard of them) Many, many do it.
Your heart is in the right place, but check around. You will find what I say to be true.
Blessings,

Benefits Discrimination This company is very greedy and selfish

#14UPDATE EX-employee responds

This company is very greedy and selfish. A bad corporate citizen.

Optima Communications only pays benefits to its
executives, managers and supervisors.

The people who work on the phones,
(the telemarkets) earning the real money
for this company, receive nothing(no health or dental benefits whatsoever).

The workers are not protected in the event of health problems.

so sad Christians are to busy saying what is wrong with everyone else's faith

Everyone wonders what is going wrong in this world. Your last statement is exactly what is wrong with this world.
Christians are to busy saying what is wrong with everyone else's faith, and spirituality. Don't you think that if all the loving people in the world got together to help others, and make this a better place to live, we would not have so much violence? You are to busy preaching, instead of listening.
Blessed Be,
I will pray for you to have love, light, and peace in your heart.

Optima Communications Witchcraft is wrong period

#14UPDATE EX-employee responds

Thu, May 19, 2005

This is about Optima's sins, not a forum to debate people's love of witchcraft!

Witchcraft is wrong period. I will continue to sound the alert, if people are offended then they should repent of their sins before it is too late.
Optima is a bad company engaged in some really evil practices.

We are in the last days. JESUS is the answer, the only answer.

Witchcraft is not what you think

First of all, spouting off untrue tales of witchcraft is horrible. Do you know anything about this religion?
First and foremost, I have practiced the craft.
It is one of the most beautiful religions in the world.
Part of our creed is to harm none. We are the ones wanting peace in this world, we are the ones trying to stop abuse, animal and human alike. We help children as much as possible, feeding them, clothing them, helping them with safe places to live.
I have never harmed anyone, and have a fard time right now killing spiders, because I respect all forms of life.
Real Witches DO NOT cast spells to hurt others.
We help, love, and love to help heal living beings.
Please get your facts straight, as you are discriminating against true loving Wiccans.
Sending Peace, love, and light in your heart.

This company is a spiritual cesspool. Its employees are heavily immersed in the occult and witchcraft.

Common occult activities include palm reading, astrology and of course Yoga, just to name a few. I even observed an employee with a bag that included shells, feathers etc, these items had obviously been used for some occult or witchcraft ritual. As result of the evil practices of the people at this company a number of them are demon possessed. Beware!

Racism is also quite prevalent in this company.
