Optima Healthcare Products Fake PO, provided legitimate credit app, phone/ fax both disconnected Alhambra California
Optima Healthcare Products placed an order with us for $1,200..not enough to warrant too much scrutiny. They were sold with Net 30 terms...upon phone call to collect all numbers disconnected.
They provided a very clean looking credit app. Carla Garcia was listed as General Manager and Elena Zalucaeva listed as CEO.
ORder was placed by Carla Garcia.
If anyone knows how to track and menace these individuals, please let me know.
