We hired these guys to process H1-B visa for one of my cousin in India and paid them $2200.00. They havent been able to provide us the service and now they are not returning my calls or email about returning my money.
The deal was that if they cant complete it, they will charge me $200.00 and return the money paid to them. Now no one picks phone in there office, no one returens any emails addressed to Bob.
