Charged $81.00, copay, for a 3 month supply of a GENERIC diabetic medication. Same amount of medication can be gotten at Costco for $21.00. I am a retired pharmacist and know a con or rip-off when I see one,IOptima RX a division of United health care-AARP, take a very popular generic drug and put it into a higher teir to get a very large copay. I would reccomend that people should get the price from a discounter like Costco and then check with the plan's for the price.
