I placed an order for a trial supply and paid shipping for delivery. It took over a week to receive the product, but once received was unable to start the product due to illness. Called the company and was given a two week extension for the order til the end of Feb.. Was sick for over a month, so called back a week before the end of the month to cancel all together the order. Was given approval and a confirmation number, but have since lost the paper. Just found that my credit card has been charged a $79.95 fee for the 30 day supply of the product. Call and talked with a rep, they have not record of either conversation in notes. They have offered a 75% refund to satisfy the misunderstanding. I still dispute the charge and have since filed a grievance with my credit card company. I feel that the company is totally unfair on the trails by starting the time period before a product is even delivered and why should we be responsible for a rep that fails to note the accounts of the phone calls. It is like a consumer is being setup for fail on purpose and at their expense. When will these companies be held responsible for their actions.
