My script called for a slaboff in the left lens. Twice OPTIMART attempted to make the lens.

Their first attempt resulted in 'cross eye' vision. The second attempt had me seeing 'split' words.

OPTIMART was adamant the lens was accurate. The issue was pressed at which time OPTIMART suggested alternatives to the prescribed script. Purchase two pairs of glasses, one for reading the other for distance or removal of the slaboff to see if it was actually needed.

Obviously OPTIMART was unable to satisfactorily make the lens. The script was taken to another opticial center with good results.

OPTIMART refused the reimburse $517.00 for the lens.

The Zephyrhills OPTI-MART issued a refund Monday, November 12, 2012.  The employees of the Zephyrhills store were always pleasant.  The issue was not with them but with their No-Refund policy.
