 My mother needed insurance so we kept calling around and tryING to figure out something that was low cost.we got contacted by optimum one and they told us about paying 70% of your bill plus more. And all we had to pay monthly was $173! My mother needs to go to the doctorsender at least once every 3months plus get a bunch of meds. $173 didn't sound that bad because other companies waited $250 above. It's been about 9months a couple visits to the hospital and the bills kept coming and nothing seemed to be getting paid for.when we asked the hospital finally they said the insurance hasn't paid since we been going. Sure enough when I tried to called they wouldn't talk to me because I was the policy holder they told me my mom needed to call in herself or give them permission to talk to me.my mother is Korean and her English isn't the best let alone understanding it.so she calls in the end and they tell her they won't talk to me her daughter even though I'm the one that pays the money every month and I'm the one that helped her find insurance.they told her ONLY ONE TIME in a year they pay $75 dollars and that's it!!!!nothing else.so all that 70% bs they were talking about was a lie. I wish we could sent this company away.they are liars and this is fraud.I don't even think my bank will be able to get the money back that this company has took from us.so not only have we lost for over 10 months of $173 but plus the 3 or 4 visit to the doctors the blood work and meds we are still paying for out of pocket. PLEASE DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND I YOU SO CANCEL RIGHT AWAY!!!
