We where looking for some insurance, and optimum one sounded like what we needed.

The first red flag was when 10 days had passed and no insurance cards or benifit package had not arrrived.

I asked them to send me a copy via email or card and when they did I started calling our medical providers and found out that they had not heard of this company.

So I called optium one health care and ask them to see if our physcians where on the list and they are not.

We where led to believe we could use any doctors it had not been 30 days yet so we requested the total refund to our account.

Another thing we where not told was there is a one time membership fee of $99.95 that is not refundable.

Since we had not let it go past the next cycle for them to withdraw another amount they are to refund the total amount to my card. And I have called the credit card if they don't refund the money in the 5 days they said then my credit card is going to take overand file a dispute in my behalf.

The old saying if it sounds to good to be true it most probably is not true.

The have some very good sales people that are taking advantage of people who have lost their insurance due to loosing their job or have no insurance.
