while trying to obtain health care for myself, i called optimum one health i spoke with a mr sean frazier. he told me that they payment for the health insurance would not be taken out until feb. 14, 2014.  i purposely told him that there was not enough money in my checking account. he said "don't worry, it takes 10 days before the company takes out the money, as the health insurance is not effective till feb. 14th.

I called back after 3 hours and cancelled the whole policy.  Carmine from customer service did cancel the policy, but said they would take the money out first, then redeposit the money. I did inform her that sean frazier told me it would not be taken out until feb. 14th.   this morning the company did take out the money $370.00. and of course it shorted my bank account and i am in the negative now. sean frazier purposely told me a fradulant statement.  unfortunately i did tell them the routing number and bank account number thinking this was a legitement place of business.
