Complaint Review: Optimum VM - Verizon

I don't know how these people got my name, i don't even have a home phone bill in my name, I mean i have a cell phone in my name but not a house phone. phone number is not in my name. This program is however made possible by verizon allowing these people to bill you for services that you don't even get. I mean to this day I still don't know what optimum VM is, i never benefited from their phoney services,I don't even know that i'm getting. My mother called verizon and they told her that i went online and applied for their services which i know i did not do. And if so then what exactly do they offer? I did not at anytime order this service, i mean the phone bill is in my moms name but the people from verizon said that I went online and signed up for it. Any lawyers out there who are planning on geting stories together and suing, please let me know what to do.
