Complaint Review: Option One / A.H.M.S.I Mortgage Companies

I too have a mortgage with Option One/AHMSI.But now going to our local county courthouse for mediation.I have 2 mortgages,but the frst is Option One/AHMSI.Their Attorney is not willing to give in to options that has been brought to the table.My property is also a small farm.I called them when my wife lost er job way before we were late on payments and they said they could not do anything due to we were not in forecloser.No help and two years of no payments.If anyone wants toget a lawsuit AGANST THEM COUNT ME IN!!!

They also put home owners insurance on due to they said we didn't have adequent insurance.They also told me that it was a fixed for 30 yrs.And it wasn't.Only an adjustable for 3yrs. 5.7% then up to a 9.7%
