In November of 2002 I was late with my mortgage, so I paid all three months in January which included November, December, January. I did not hear from them at all. The end of February I receive a certified letter by regular mail stating my home was up for foreclosure.

When I called them I never could reach anyone only a voicemail of the customer representative handling my case. She never returned any of my calls. Then I had to get a lawyer to help me out.

They charged me over 11,000 to reinstate the loan plus kept my 3,000 they had from my mortgage payments. They said they were going to send it back but never did.

So now I am refinancing to keep them from foreclosure, I faxed and asked them for payoff for me and the financial institution I am dealing with. They have never responded, nor have I heard from them.

If this Company makes a practice of deception including their attorneys Draper Goldberg in Virginia, it is time for a class action suit. I am tired of them, I believe I will start researching on how to start a class action suit.
