Option One Mortgage Company is a rip-off! They violated the TILA law. IRVINE California

Option One did the same thing to my wife and I. Maybe we can help one another. Here is the TILA law;
Section 129(a) of TILA requires creditors offering HOPEA Loans (see section 226.32(c) as a cost disclosure requirement to inform consumers with an adjustable rate mortgage what the maximum monthly payment will be. (see Federal Register, Vol. 66 No. 245 December 20, 2001, page 65610).
If in 2001 your closing costs were above $451 it is a high intertest HOPEA loan. OOMC which is owned by Wells Fargo Bank has many affiliates. Maybe you were illegally charged a prepayment penalty.
I will give you my email address if you think we can help one another. If the WEBMASTER can't help me do that I post it here for you. Please post again and let me know.
WEBMASTER. please omit my town as I presently have a suit pending. Thank you.
