For those of you in Chapter 13 Option One charges late fees after foreclosure. This is improper. See Wells Fargo Bank MN, NA v. Patricia Ann Guarnieri Civil no. 3:03CV1591(MRK) US District Court District of Connecticut. Post acceleration pre-petition late cahrges are not allowed. Decision was upheld from a lower court. - April 14, 2004 was the decision date.
