Complaint Review: Option One Mortgage

I need to add my experience with the preditory lender - Option One Mortgage. Earlier this year they put me into foreclosure claiming that it had been 90 days since I made a payment. This is categorically untrue. When discussing it with the rude, harassing, nasty, obnoxious Option One employee, he tried to explain to me that a payment due on March 1st was 30 days late on March 2nd. When I questioned his math, he hung up on me.

Long story short, I have brought my mortgage current, but intend to take action against Option One to recoup the almost $5,000 in attorneys fees that they charged me.

Does anyone know of any class action suits against this PREDITORY LENDOR?
