I went to the "open call" for Options Talent which is now Lou Perlman's company according to the press release after the 100-1 reverse stock spilt! This open call was orginally for my 4 year old son which was approach by a scout at Sam's Club.

When we went to the open call it was very phony. They bragged about Lou Perlman and all the opportunities they had. My son got his pictures taken and we received a call the following day.

Some red lights about this company.

1) The call came on my caller id as anonymous.

2) The representive sent me TC Talents address and his email was a yahoo generic mail.

3) When asked how many people get accepted, he said 30% accepted and 70% rejected. This was a flat lie according to the research I have been doing.

4) We were told in the presentation that the options talent website was redirected to Lou's website. WRONG.. The site name was purchased on August 28th 2002!!! Hosted by register.com. see below...

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, September 10, 2002

Many of you who have been reading these reports for a while now know that I have submitted much TRUTH and FACTS on this company. I now pose a few questions as I reveal a little more of what I have personally been experiencing.

When I began 'reporting', Options sued me! They stated that I knew that I was lying. That I knew I was making false statements!

Well. The twentieth day came and I sent in my response to the court denying that I partook in any wrong doing. On that same day Options changed to Transcontinental!

I now take this time to ask for your input on my situation. What do I do with my counter, as the court said that I need not counter the same time I respond.

Should I sue Options or Transcontinental? Is there a difference? Should I simply name individuals who hindered my ability to do my job and did not 'faithfully support staff' as stated in their mission statement. Should I disclose the fact that they did not Maintain honesty in all aspects? Or maybe I should ask them to ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES AND LEARN FROM THEM.

What do all of you think?

go on National News and take all of my sources with me? Should I write a book and disclose even more TRUTH than this little screen can handle?

Or should I simply warn others about getting involved? We can warn others, however it is a tough thing to reach the Nation, Europe, Australia, and soon to be Canada and more!

Of course an Attorney can guide me to the legalities, however I would love to hear your take. There are some who have said that I have been doing nothing and wanted me to get going. Well, to tell the truth, I have been doing things and I have been dealing with this for too long!

I wonder if I should drag individuals into it who were just afraid of losing their own jobs. The conspiracies, lies and forceful hands which manipulated the weak to stand aside while honest, caring individuals were torn apart. Having a debt which occured in direct relation to the scams of this company that most would not imagine!

Let us all speak! Not just here! I wonder what the glorious Lou J. Pearlman would say if confronted with the scam. Or maybe he too is quite aware. The filings have yet to be accesable on the internet to roam and see 'who' is truly Transcontinental now!

WRITE WRITE WRITE. TALK TALK TALK. ACT ACT ACT.

Remember to do so in TRUTH and truth only!
