Options University Keep Billing after cancelling account, even after they made a refund up Internet, Florida

Bought into their program in late 2005...Found out that I didn't have time to use it, and cancelled out, by phone in early 2008, and paid and paid all the time until then.

They were very courteous, and stopped the "automatic payments" then, even issued a refund or two for months.  I never used one item of information that I ever paid for...just didn't have the time to get into it, so I bit the bullet on what I had paid for, and accepted that.

Now, they have been billing me $97.00 per month for some time, and call as you might, you, at best, get some secretary who puts you thru to "accounting," which is a dead end.  "leave a message..."  Yeah, right...you stand a better chance of getting a call back from Santa Claus!  Mostly, you just get a voicemail telling you to leave a message.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE a working credit card!  You will never get your "payments' stopped. Hopefully, they will see this, and I will be happy to retract it, IF I get to see the credits posted to my account.  In the mean time, be very careful...

Easy to cancel. Customer is not always right.

It is very easy to cancel any subscription, either by phone or by email.

We have live support reps in the office every day, working 10-5 EST, and even after hours checking support emails and cancelling customers.

This customer could easily have contacted us and cancelled his monthly subscription. Why is it our fault that this customer wasn't even looking at his credit card statement?

This is a clear example of when the customer isn't always right.
