Options University LLC Will not honor their refund policy Fort Lauderdale, Florida

This company, presumably known as Option University Forex Trader is known for not honoring their "Refund Policy".
They will use any and all excuses they can come up with in order to stall a refund. And don't expect to ever receive your refund.
When they feel that you are getting too noisy, they will just shut you off.
After approximately 40 requests for a cancellation/refund, due to my health. They completely shut me out and closed the status of my request.

Options University is not, and has never been, the same company or related to this company mentioned.

The correct name for this company referred to here should be 'OptionsU Forex Trader LLC' which is a different company, that had a marketing relationship with Options University.

However, it had different partners (Myself included), but that alone does not warrant the negative comment towards Options University.

This customer seems to think that because of health issues, he or she is entitled to a refund even if it was past the terms of the refund policy.  That would be like buying a new Honda, and taking it back in a month or a year and asking for your money back.

We can appreciate the sensitive nature of this customers request, and would like to be able to do more. But we also have employee (and their families), state and government tax obligations to pay and other obligations as a company.  

We're a small company, and don't have the luxury of giving money away.  I'm sorry that this customer feels they didn't get what they wanted, or that they were entitled to a refund.

But in life, and especially in trading, you have to accept and be accountable for your actions and outcomes.  We have hundreds of happy and satisfied customers that willingly stay in our classes, and continue with our services. This should speak volumes towards what we do.
