OPTUM Rx Worst customer service ever. They failed to cancel an order. Then lied to me about the status of my order. Then charged my bank account after I canceled the order. Eden Prairie Minnesota
I contacted a customer service representative at OPTUM RX on either 6/10/2024 or 6/11/2024 to cancel an order. I was informed that my order had been canceled. This was an out and out lie. I check back to their website during that week and even the next week to confirm the order was canceled. It was not. When I called again, I was informed that they could not cancel because the product had been shipped. This was a lie. How do I know, it was not until the second week of my efforts that I received a shipping notice from FedEx. Thus, the order was not shipped the week before. I called FedEx to confirm the product was shipped. No it was not. The only action Oprum RX took was to create a tracking number. FedEx staff informed me they did not have the product. So I called again. Optum Rx customer support personel tried again to state the product had been shipped. I discussed the matter at length. I said the problem is that OPTUM RX does not send emails to their customers confirming the actions taken either by their customer support staff or as a result of their web intake form. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have called again and a nice CS representative told me she would request a refund. I think OPTUM RX lies not only to their customers but also to their CS staff. I have no faith in the company. STAY AWAY.
