I hate doing this but they leave me no choice! On June 24, 2018 I purchased a dress from Angelia Reed with @opulant_envy at a play in Tyler Texas, I didn’t try it on because I was informed if it did not fit I could exchange it. On June 25,2018 I sent Angelia a message informing her the dress was too short for me to wear to work and I would like to exchange it. Over the last 4 months I have been MORE THAN kind sending messages waiting etc, she instructed me to mail the dress and she would send my replacement, I PAID out of pocket to mail the dress back to only have it returned to me saying it was rejected by receiver. I called and sent messages no response, I then called from my Office phone she answered NO SURPRISE… she the told me she had death in family and would be getting back to office today and would send me a new paid label to resend the dress and then send me my replacement. As of 9/19/18 I have not received anything and I am tired of being nice about it. This is HORRIBLE customer service I want a FULL refund! I will never buy anything from them again.
