Complaint Review: Opunui Water Company/Nelson Nahinu Waikiki Jr.

Aloha to the world.  I am Michelle G- Waikiki and I am here to report that for 2 and a half years i have worked the case for my husband.  State of Hawaii vs Nelson Waikiki Jr.  Solid evidence and facts shows that the State of Hawaii has set this man up to silence him over the land and water theft in Hawaii.  There is no legal grand jury indictement.  The Sentencing Judge owned stocks in water transportation while hearing opunui water company.  a huge conflict of interest.  My husband pled not guilty to original charges.  By law the state had 180 days to get him to a trial.  instead they held in at MCCC on Maui for 298 days, all the while sending in public pretenders to threaten him with 80  years in prison.  

After being held in jail for 298 days they pushed a plea bargin at him for ten years in prison.  They told him they would let him out of jail if he signed the plea bargan.  Which was not a bargin nor upheld.  The judge turned around and put a warrent out for his arrest and then pushed him into 20 years in prison.  Two consecutive ten year terms.  This behavior and lawlessness of the Judge needs world wide recgonition.  My husband has requested his discovery and it still has not been given to him.  There are so many flaws in this case.  I have been told to be quiet or it could cost me my life.  

I really want my husband home and to go live a peaceful quiet life somewhere.  If there is anyone out there who can help us, please step forward.  I am a little fish in a big sea full of sharks wanting to steal our lives, love, well being and happiness.  This case needs to be over turned and dismissed.  It is fraudulent, illegal and down right criminal at the hands of the judges, lawmakers and atty general.  Someone please help Mrs. Waikiki.  God i give this case and these truths to you.  Amen.
