A salesman by the name of Joe Gordon promised the delivery of a machine on a certain date and the shipment didn't arrive until a month later at which time,  refused taking delivery and as a result of his lie I lost a lot of customers and revenue.

The Bureau of Auto repair mandated the machine on Nov 1st in California and upon my ordering the machine again from the same salesman, I was told that I now have to wait another month and a half before I can put my hands on another machine.

That's a total of two and a half month without being able to inspect 1999 and older vehicle which amounts to a loss of about 30% of my business! And to add insult to injury,the Bureau of Automotive Repair just sits there, unwilling to advocate for the thousands of stations like mine who are losing their livelihood!

I strongly suspect that Opus inspection's Joe Gordon and his superiors are doing this as payback for my refusal to take delivery of their machine the first time!
