Searched for lenders who leased farm equipment. Was contacted by Alex Dilemma at Orange Capital Lending. Had several other vendors vieing for business. Alex beat the other bids.

Completed all of the paperwork, was told we were approved for certain amount per month. Had to submit a deposit check and signed paper to process lease.

Constantly lied to for an entire week about lease, when lease package was going to arrive, terms of the lease, etc.

After 10 days finally received the package. Lease amount was double the bid, no buyout, no interest amount quoted, charged tax as a farm, among many other things.

Credit person never conveyed to sales person that the lease amount had changed. When I finally got the credit person to call me back, basically told me if I didn't like the terms, go somewhere else. My measly $7700 lease was nothing to them and they really didn't care whether they did business with me or not. When I told them I would make sure and get the word out, he said "good luck" We don't care.
