Complaint Review: Orange County fair New York

So I went to play a game there (a dart game where you pop the balloons) this was around when they were open so I hav them $5 then the guy said I could keep playing for 5 more dollars so I did to get a bigger prize then he said the rest are bonus ones for the adult I was with. My sister. She then kept doing it and then when we were done he told us to pay more or not get any prize. So we payed like $30 for a stuffed thing. My sister felt bad so she payed me back. We thought it was only costing $10. He said the rest were bonuses and free. Then we had to pay $30 for it. My sister tried telling him that he should feel bad for scamming a kid. This happened some months ago.
