We bought a fabulous Timeshare from Crown Park Resorts in Tennessee a few years ago.  This year they sold out to Orange Lake Capital Management Co.  We absolutely loved ou rtime share & everything about our points program through RCI.  We were given tickets to attractions along with the deed to the property that was guaranteed.  The telephone has not stopped ringing DAY & NIGHT 7 DAYS A WEEK since Orange Lake Capital Management took over our account.  They are RUDE!  They threaten us!  They harass us.  They have belittled and badgered us.  This company is pushing people to sell their time share for financial gain.  They are not willing to listen or do their part to be kind or courteous to customers.  We have asked them to honor all parts of our original contract they refused.  We were downgraded as soon as they took over.  We have asked them to change our contact information and it took 2 years.  We have asked them to provide accurate information. There are evidently two divisions that are uncoordinated and it was left to us to figure it out.  They are not cooperative and I am sure there is a purpose.  They have no value and obvously know they are doing something wrong or outstanding and at least standard customer service would be provided. I believe they purposefully withheld information vital to our ownership.  The maintenance fee and the morgage were handled separately.  We had upgraded and the loan was not combined properly. They are responsible for poor mortgage practice and deceiving the consumer.  I  can not understand why they continue to call daily after we have spoken to them and tried to resolve any small issues with their daily calls and no caller id.  Any legitimate business that was in good standing would identify themselves properly when calling.  We discussed this in great detail & think maybe, just maybe they actually WANT us to stop paying them just so they can resell our timeshare just before we pay it off which is not far off.  ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS "RUN FOR THE HILLS - DON'T DO IT!!! - THE PRESSURE FROM THESE TIMESHARES IS HIGH & I REALLY LOVED MINE SO I RECOMMEND THE RCI POINTS PLAN, BUT IF THEY ARE AFFILIATED WITH ORANGE LAKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT.  DON'T LEAVE ANY INFORMATION WITH THEM OR THEY WILL FIND & HARASS YOU TOO!!"  We have a family member who bought through them also, and decided it wasn't worth it so they actually let theirs go because of ORANGE LAKE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT.  Even though they told them to keep their timeshare, write it off, report it to credit bureaus, whatever they need to do, ORANGE LAKE MANAGEMENT continues to harass them 7 DAYS A WEEK - 365 DAYS A YEAR - DAY & NIGHT!!!

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN GET...

Unfortunately (or maybe Fortunately), our experiences with OLCM have been nothing like yours.  We own 2 timeshares at Orange Lake in Florida and they have never made any attempts to contact us by phone.  We have however been contacted several times by third-party resellers representing themselves as authorized agents of RCI Orange Lake.

Sorry to hear that you are having such problems.
