I went on vacation last year to Disney and this company offer me a package, the cost of this package is $ 1000 that I have been paying little by little. Now that I am ready I called and wanted to make a reservation to go with my daughter, but because my husband is in jail right now they won't let me go there because he is on the contract. I just paid $ 700 to
them so I can go with my daught this summer, and since they said that I can not go without my husband I want my money back. They said they can not give me back because I already paid it and they can not do that .
I  am a lot upset with them because I am married but my husband is on jail, and I work part-time. I want to offer my daughter a good vacation and they did not tell me this before I paid my account full. I suggested them to send me a realease information that my husband can sign, stating that he is in jail and will transfer the vacation package for my
daughter and me. But they do not want to work with me in anyway to solve this dilemma. I do not think it is fair that my daughter have to paid for this unaccurate rule, she is just a child that wants to enjoy her vacation this year. As a mom that play the rule to be a mother and a father now for my daughter, I will demand this company to be a proffessional and do not try to steal people money. I really do not see the need to steal to a single mom that just try to make her daughter
feel good. They are a multi-millionaire business that should maintain customer happy and also respect and understand they need.
